About this festival

Wschód Kultury is a series of three festivals integrating artistic environments of cities in Eastern Poland (Bialystok, Lublin and Rzeszów) and artists from the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine), implemented by the National Center for Culture and three mentioned cities. In 2016, the Wschód Kultury will be carried out for the fourth time, the undertaking takes place thanks to the involvement of creative communities, local governments of eastern Poland and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Participation in all events under the East of Culture banner is free - the event is under the patronage of the Kultura Dostępna program.
